How do I delete an ad?

1. Find the ad you wish to change and view it.
2. Click on the Delete Ad link at the bottom or right of the Trading Post page.
3. When asked, enter the username and password you selected for the ad.
4. On the form page, select the delete button to delete your ad.  

How do I change an ad?

1. Find the ad you wish to change and view it.
2. Click on the Edit Ad link at the bottom or right of the Trading Post page.
3. When asked, enter the username and password you selected for the ad.
4. Make the necessecary changes to the ad.
5. Click Submit Ad.

How do I contact a person?

There are two ways to contact a person:

1. If there is a phone number available, call it.
2. Click on the Contact Seller button on the side of the screen. This should launch your e-mail program.

How do I create an ad?

1. Click on the Create Ad link at the bottom of any Trading Post page.
2. Fill out the Trading Post ad creation form.
   Note: be sure to enter a Username and Password.
3. Click Create Ad.
4. Your ad will normally appear within 12 hours after submitting this form and will be up for 30 days.

How do I add a picture to my ad?

A few notes about adding a picture to your Trading Post Ad.

1. Sweetwater allows you to upload a PNG, GIF, or JPG image with a size of less than 128,000 bytes.
2. When creating or editing your ad, click the 'browse' button to find the image on your local computer. Once you save the ad, the image will be uploaded to our servers and will be displayed with your ad.

What if I lose my password?

1. Find your ad
2. Click on the Forgot Login link at the bottom or right side of the page.
3. You will be asked for your email address.
4. Once submitted, your information will be emailed to you.

Why do I need a Username and Password

For those of you familiar with the Trading Post, the username and password fields will be new. The username and password are required to make any changes to your ads. Where before you had to contact Sweetwater to have an ad removed or changed, all you need is the username and password to change or delete an ad. Don't worry, if you forget your password or username, it can be e-mailed to you later. This is why you are required to enter an e-mail address when you create an ad.

How do I search?

1. From any page, click the Search link at the bottom or side of the page.
2. On the search page, you can search by Manufacturer, Product Type, Item name or by price. Pick the one you want to search by and type in what you want to search for.
3. Click Go!

How do I view an ad?

1. Search for the ad or find in in the See All Ads screen.
2. Click on the item name to view the ad.
3. Clicking on the column headings sorts the results by that category.
